Quality Management

Quality management at YO JYI covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks during stamping and assembly, and final inspection before shipment, with records retained for traceability. This page sets out the inspection stages applied to production and how non-conformance is handled.

Quality Policy

Production is planned around inspection checkpoints at each stage — incoming material, in-process production and final part — rather than relying on inspection at the end of the line alone.

Inspection Stages

  1. Incoming Inspection

Incoming raw material is checked against specification before it is released to production.

  2. In-process Inspection

Parts are checked at defined intervals during stamping, forming and assembly.

  3. Final Inspection

Finished parts are checked against the drawing before packaging and shipment.

Measurement & Checks

  • Dimensional checks against drawing tolerances
  • Visual inspection for surface and finish defects
  • Functional checks for assembled components

Specific measurement equipment models will be listed here once confirmed with YO JYI.

Traceability

Production and inspection records are retained per order, so a finished part can be traced back to its production run and inspection results.

Packaging

Packaging is coordinated with production scheduling to suit export shipment, with specific packaging methods confirmed per order and product.
